Every user is supposed to have read this document when visiting our Websites, contacting us or making a reservation and therefore have accepted all conditions.

The provisions contained in this agreement are governed by the Laws of Italy. POMPEII LIMO (Via Plinio, 23, 80045, Pompei – Italy) and all users hereby agree that any dispute that may arise shall be expressly subject to Italian courts and tribunals, thereby renouncing any other jurisdiction that may be applicable.

Cancellation policy

POMPEII LIMO requires a 10% advanced payment to book.

We’ll refund you 100% of payment if you cancel a service you have booked at least 48 hours before the beginning of the service.

In case there are extreme events, independent of your will, so that you cannot use one of the services you have booked, we’ll refund you 100% of the payment you made. For example in case of flight cancellation or plane landing at a different airport because of weather conditions, cruise ship that cannot dock because of rough sea, sudden strikes, just to name a few events. Obviously we are flexible and will simply reschedule the service you have booked if you are arriving with a different flight, for example.

Privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding POMPEII LIMO collection, use, storage and protection of your personal information. It applies to www.pompeiilimo.com  website and when you contact POMPEII LIMO by email or telephone. When you use the private limo services offered by POMPEII LIMO you accept this privacy policy.

POMPEII LIMO only uses the information you send us to give you information about our services and to make reservations. Information is stored safely in our computers and safety measures are observed to prevent illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

POMEPII LIMO may contact you again after you have used our private services only to ask you to write a review of Pompeii Limo on TripAdvisor.

You have the right to request the cancellation of the information you have sent to POMPEII LIMO writing at the addresses vou find on our websites.

Customers are reminded that the service performed by POMPEII LIMO is performed according to terms and conditions agreed with the user ; we will be available to handle problems if any arise , and stay at your disposal: just email the customer service or call the number below available 24h a day.

If a user wants to release a bad review instrumentally or, however, unfounded only to denigrate the image of the company to advance any claim for damages will be assessed by POMPEII LIMO and, if necessary, it will apply the Italian law in order to protect the company with the competent authorities including through legal action both civil and criminal before the competent Court located in Rome.
